- Open the PDF in Adobe Reader
- Go to File → Print
- In the printer dialog, select Page Sizing & Handling → Booklet
- Set → Booklet subset: both sides
- Binding: left
- Sheets from: all
- Make sure the paper size is set to A4
- Click Print
